About Howard
For over 15 years, Howard Cooper has worked as a ‘Rapid Change Consultant’. He combines a blend of intervention methods to help individuals experience often profound and rapid shifts in thinking. Amongst other things… he’s a Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnotherapist, Design Human Engineer and Thought Field Therapist.
In addition to his 1-on-1 clients sessions, he also spent 2 years as the main speaker on Virgin Atlantic’s “Flying Without Fear” course… where he was regularly showing over a 100 phobic or anxious flyers (at a time) how to take control over their own neurology with great success.
Alongside his personal change-work he also trains people in the business world to improve their communication skills (from small workshops to large groups of over 200+) where he is known for his entertaining style and approach.
He also has a weekly podcast… interviewing other ‘Leading Therapists’ and ‘Agents Of Change’ 😉
