Over the last 17 years Howard has been a collector and student of  a number of psychological methodologies that help people create change quickly, without the need for ‘Week-in-Week-out’ therapy.

This is about cherry-picking and using ONLY the things he found that REALLY WORKED from a variety of different approaches, which include (but are not limited to) Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Mindfulness, Self-Enquiry and more.

Usually everyone is booked in for an initial programme of 2 sessions.

Each session is 90 Minutes and they take place 2-3 weeks apart.

This is NOT about ‘week-in, week-out’ therapy and people often experience positive shifts as early as that first appointment.

When people come back to the second session we get feedback about what changes you have noticed and we take it from there.

Success Rates?


Whilst NO therapist or change-worker can realistically claim 100% success what I can say is that the majority of people who come to see me get significant value from our work together (experience serious improvements and/or getting all the way there) often in just the initial 2 sessions.

  • Around 70% of people report significant improvements after the first session. Great… we now use the second session to cross the ‘i’s’ and dot the ‘t’s’.
  • Around 15% claim no change after the first session. This is also useful feedback and means we will likely alter the approach during the second session, which then leads to positive change.
  • Around 15% claim total transformation after just one session. Whilst this can be extremely exciting we then want to use the second session to ensure they aren’t psychologically jumping the gun and changes are integrated and sustainable.

Howard Cooper is a genius. I have no idea how he does it! I had a high speed ski crash which left me very fearful of falling. After an initial 15 mins phone call, I started to feel that I could conquer my fear and that it was possible to ski fear free.
